History continues to be made at the second oldest surfing contest in the United States, as the event enters its 42nd consecutive year of providing a showcase for eventual World Championship Contenders to exhibit their style and quality of surfing in front of huge crowds of spectators.

The Melbourne Art Festival is a free event held each year on the fourth full weekend in April in historic downtown Melbourne, Florida. Ranked as the 25th best fine art show nationwide, the Melbourne Art Festival, sponsored by Bright House, is a juried art show featuring over 250 artists from around the country.

Brevard County's Reality Check Program will be held at the Primerica Office (next to the Driver’s License Bureau) on Saturday, April 4, 1-4pm. The four part program is completed in one day. The cost is $50 per participant. The Program gives a glimpse into prison life and encourages participants to start making better choices. Opening the eyes of teens & young adults before its too late, that is the ultimate goal. 8 Hours community service will be awarded to participants.
