"The Home of Rock Shrimp" (the shrimp that tastes like lobster), Dixie Crossroads specializes in unique "Wild Ocean Shrimp" caught by a fleet of commercial shrimp boats. Inside the dining rooms Dixie Crossroads is a virtual art gallery; large wildlife murals, photography, stained and etched glass, and even concrete sculptures that portray this region's unique habitats, plants and animals. Florida's Seafood Bar and Grill serves big shrimp, regular shrimp, rock shrimp, lobsters, snow crabs, scallops, and for those who don't like their food swimming before they eat it, steak, prime rib and chicken.
