CrossFit- The workout that really works. As a member of Harbor City CrossFit, you will train by performing workouts designed for you by the trainers. During all CrossFit training sessions, you will receive personal coaching and instruction and will be encouraged with motivation and support. Training sessions are at regularly scheduled times of the day; members may chose to train at anytime during these scheduled sessions without prior arrangements or appointments. Come workout free for a week.
