Underill Management Unfair
Description:
My daughter was charged $171.00 in fees for a returned January 2007 rent check. The check was returned due to an error made by the bank. Underill Management would make no concessions as to the amount of the fees and threatened to start eviction proceedings if the fees were not paid. My daughter paid the fees under protest. Now I am soliciting input from the community on other experiences with Underill Management.
