They promise they will always get back to you within 24 hours but your chances of getting your calls returned are slim to none. SCPM makes a lot of promises but, over time, these will all fail to be kept. The office staff never seems to know anything, the person who "might" know is never in, they don't know when that person will be in, and if you push for an answer they are quite rude.
