Description: Eau Gallie (pronounced "Oh Galley") is a small community nestled against the Indian River. For over 100 years this community has thrived and grown, and continues to define itself in the shadow of Melbourne. Eau Gallie and Melbourne merged city government and services in 1969 ("Melbourne" is the consolidated city name), but old Eau Gallie still survives in our community.
