Brevard County Comment on West Melbourne Police Department

My concern is graffity found on the back of Publix and a vehicle parked behind the plaza on new haven ave at doherty rd. Is this random or are there gangs marking their territory. I live at Berkshires of West Melbourne right behind he plaza. There is nowhee to post pictures I took of it but I have them if needed. Thank You for recieving this and may I say your department above all that I have seen in other communities. I have moved here recently from Kissimmee.
