The park is great. The management is a joke, they let one person do something but nobody else can. There website says you can have a boat, but they don't allow boats. They constantly hound the residents about the most minor things. If you argue with there park ranger he will kick you out. As long as you are willing to bow down to the ranger you should be fine.
P.S Don't even think about bringing a golf cart or moped in. They are not allowed, although there grandchildren can drive there's all over the park.

The park has some nice features....poool and clubhouse but I am disappointed with the grounds. I don't feel the overall appearance is as good as it could be. Also the rules seem to change from time to time, and person to person. It's a little confusing at times. Some of the residents are really great people and I'm glad I've had the chance to meet them.

The residents make this park.....rules seem to be inconsistant and change to often. The grounds aren't kept up well at all. Could be a great park with some work, proper management, and a sense of fairness for ALL residents.
