I am looking for information about the quality of workmanship on the homes in Plantation Oaks, Titusville. Maronda has a home model with the perfect layout for our family, so I am interested in learning from people who have purchased in there. I realize in any home will be some defects, so minor issues are fine. I am more concerned with leaks, mold, faulty materials, etc. I am not aware of any of these, however, we would hate to purchase a home then find out it has major issues, so I am trying to do homework in advance. Thank-you if you have purchased in Plantation, and can offer any input into my concerns.
