Moonwalk Madness showed up 2 hours and twenty minutes late for a 2 1/2 hour birthday party. They still insisted on charging full price, even though our guests were already getting ready to leave. Of course, we told them to leave, much to the disappointment of my 6-year old daugher, to whom we had promised a jumper and slide for her birthday party. We will never let them spoil another party for us. We gave them thousands of dollars of our business over the past couple of years, and many thousands of dollars of referral business. Never again.
