I have a problem with BSN. I have requested many times to be put on a do not deliver list. The papers still are delivered to my home. I am told that they hire new employees constantly and they cannot control what they do. BSN has told me that they have no way to sanction them. I have asked to speak directly with the personnel who makes the deliveries. I have asked the office manager of BSN to employ some tactics that would cause these errant employees to comply with the do not deliver list, such as penalizing them by withholding pay or making them return to my home to remove the unwanted litter. I have been to the office to speak directly with her, yet I get the same results. Papers are still delivered to my driveway. How do I solve this problem? Do I approach the city or county and ask for them to regulate these companies that deliver unwanted litter to my property. I have tried for many years to directly contact BSN about this problem and nothing is ever done about.
