Posted 10/08/08 - 14:18:31: Subject: I need my money back. #1 On 6-03-08 I went to go look at a rental unit. Was told $600. first monthand $300. deposit. I gave Duretta J A $700. with promise of other $200. in 10 days to 2 weeks...she said "O.K." She went to make my reciept out,came back(WITH her daughter),handed me the receipt and said "There's been a change. I need $600.,$600., and $600.. I had a chance to look at your credit report and it's not good." I said "Give me my money back" and she just smiled and said "I can't, you'll have to wait at least a month IF I feel like it." I have been disabled since 12-04-'85 and I live on $657. a month! I need my money back. I had to stay with friends for a whole month cause I was evicted when she wouldn't give me my cash back, I could go on and on but I really know that you don't have the time to read my "pidally" stuff and have other needs that have to be taken care of, PLEASE let me know what I can do about this situation.Thankyou.
